I datalogged it and everything seems all good. It doesn’t seem to be doing it anymore so maybe it was a fluke or the car was just getting use to the new tune.

In other news I contacted Lund and asked them about the blue plugs and they can deactivate the P2011 code so there shouldn’t be a requirement to tie the blue plugs together as long as your tuner can adjust your tune accordingly. I already ordered parts for the adapters so if anyone would like one anyways I’ll gladly make one so that you don’t have a dangling plug.

I would still like to verify this with someone so once I get the parts I’ll be looking for someone who’s using Lund to send a free blue Y-connector to so that they can try hooking up one blue connector and verify that they don’t get a code and if it doesn’t work they’ll have the Y-connector so they can complete the install regardless of what happens with the tune.
Let me know I hate my blue plug that is dangling right now cuz of how I tied them together . Be a easy swap also ! Pm me

My manifold gets here today and if it's not cracked I should be doing the install next week so would gladly get the blue harness from you as well as the other plug n play harness.

I’m still waiting on parts. Only place that has them is located in China so it might be a few weeks. If y’all are willing to wait send me a message and we’ll iron out details. Must be Lund tuned and have a active subscription with them to get the newest updates.

Finally got the car dynoed after installing the 2018 Intake Manifold. Only change was the Intake Manifold. Same dyno, same settings, Lund Tuned.

RPM --2015 IM---2018 IM---Gain
6800---388.57----394.57----6.00
7000---376.41----401.09----24.68
7200---367.19----402.65----35.46
7300---361.04----400.53----39.49

At 7700rpms the 2018 IM is still making 383.54 while the 2015 IM falls below that at 6900rpms

The gap from 6200-6700 where the 2015 IM shows more power never gets above 10whp. The closest it gets is 9.7whp

Call me crazy.. but the 2018 manifold looks like a downgrade here on this car/tune. Based on the rough numbers, the average power is lower on the 2018.

RPM 2015 2018
2500 120 100
3500 230 185
4500 310 270
5500 360 350
6500 390 370
7500 350 390
Total HP 1760 1665
Avg HP 293 278

^^ seen similar. My stock IM pulls like a freight train to 7200 thanks to a diablomatt tune.

I think it would be a fair statement saying that the 2018 IM is for the most part an advantage above 6700 rpm or so, which would only be useful if you are willing to rev the engine higher.

If your just doing a lot of mid rpm driving your probably best sticking to the 2015. I personally am either cruising at below 2.5k or Above 6k so I’m pretty happy with it. That’s why god invented transmission. Got to stay up in that power band.

I must be reading it wrong because. The dyno graph and comparison shows 40 hp gain at 7300?
