I could definitely see where the MT/AT tunes would be different. The AT tunes would require a ton more data...probably as much trans-specific data as for the engine itself.

But I would guess that aside from whatever differences are in the engine based on year of manufacture ("engine" as a whole....a lot of subsystems in there, of course), the tunes would be pretty much the same. For example:

All 2015 MT non-PP cars have the same tune
All 2016 AT PP cars have the same tune

And so on. While that's a handful of canned tunes to come up with, the overall number of possible tunes is still pretty limited.

I am just getting to my first oil change @ 5k miles and am starting to get serious with the PP decision, found a shop here in town to do the install and got some initial pricing.

One thing i am confused on is the perception that you loose TQ with the PP3 (i am not real concerned with the RPM extension as i am hardly ever up that high) but the LMR posted dyno sheets show the best TQ curve with the PP3

There is a loss of peak TQ but again i am more concerned with the curve than peak numbers.

Has anyone driven both and can comment on what these two dyno graphs show at the low RPM (2k-3k) range?

Those curves are bunk. Corresponding TQ and HP curves will always cross at 5,252 RPM. While the red & blue curves seem to, the grey curves you are meant to "compare" them to do not.

PP2 is good but its still conservative

On a 2,400 mile round trip I pulled a hand-calculated 24 MPG. The best stretch was coming out of the mountains. 26.6!

Alright my bipolarness decided against installing the kit. I decided not to reduce my powertrain warranty from 5/60k down to 2/24k ( balance of warranty ford performance would give) for maybe a 15 whp gain. Just doesn't seem worth it to me. If I am going to reduce my warranty its going to be over forced induction. Ill put the kit up for sale on craigslist.

Might have confused everyone...the 5/30 ETA was when Levittown was claiming they were going to get their stock. I checked this morning and they said it's no longer the case and they won't get to them until 6/30. Which is another month out now.
