How do you do it?

There are 1,000 variables on Beef's site for a Fore system. What's optional, and what's absolutely necessary. This shit is like ordering at the Cheesecake Factory: too many f--kin options :headbonk:

Don't have aspirations beyond 800 rwhp....

Is that power goal on pump or E85 because that changes everything. My advice is call beefcake, tell him your plan, and go with his recommendation.

The sai li system is a great bang for the buck but I don't believe it will go to 800rwhp on e85. Maybe on a turbo car, but not on a supercharger.

SAi LI if all you plan on going to is 800. Nice and easy!
Yes. I have reached-out to him, and I'm weighing options

No, Yes, Idk what that is.

The controller is just a fancy relay set up. Wire 1st pump to oem, 2nd and 3rd to a hobbs switch to come on with boost.

Recommend the stainless filter with e85, just like stainless internal injectors.

im not sure what the flex interceptor is but I don't have it.

My Sai Li kit on e85 is making just short of 700 HP ... Sai said I could turn it up because I have plenty of fuel to make more ... That 700 is on a dyno that reads low plus I'm a 6r80 auto .. Sal kit is an easy install and uses very good parts .. It uses the GT500 factory twin pumps and all lines are good for E85 .. Top line AN fitting and a very good regulator .. Includes all relays and wiring .. 950.00 is a great price also ..

My sai li kit on e85 has made 771whp with mh auto and that was with id1000's. The sai kit with a blower will support more than 800whp. Just meed to step up the injector. Im running ID 1300's now

I personally would go with Fore Innovations over the Sai kit, I don't believe a fuel system is a place to skimp out on. Call Terry@Beefcake Racing, he can help you get what you need with the goals that you have for the car.

None of it is really necessary, but a good idea. I would say at the minimum get the controller and the stainless filter. I went with all of it on my build. I want to monitor what my actual ethanol content is in the car. The Flex Fuel Intercept kit is just the fittings you need to plumb the sensor into the new fuel system. I have a Zietronix ZT2 that will interface with my Nguage to help me display the ethanol content right on the guage.
