Hello guys,
As you know, I will be selling the Ecoboost soon and believe it or not, I have never actually sold one of my cars. First 2 were scrapped (cheap run arounds), the third I sold to my sister so that doesn't really count, and the fourth I still have (Fiesta).
Anyway, not only is it new to me but it's not your typical car sale so hoping some of you guys have some words of wisdom
The very rough plan in my head is to start with adverts on the forum(s) and I also had the idea of adding "for sale" window stickers to the car - something simple with a price & email address. I figured this would be a good advert as I drive it around a lot, and I'm not in any rush to sell it.
I guess I am looking for do's and dont's here.
Obviously I want to avoid any time wasters. Assuming as well that I wont be obliged to offer test drives?
Has anyone ever sold a car with remaining finance on it? Not sure how best to tackle that either.
Cheers in advance
