they look fake but could be really tiny holes.
I swear I read in one of the many articles (too many, can't remember which) that every vent and scoop is functional. But I could be wrong.

This may seem like a dumb question...but are those heat extractors real? I don't see any holes in them...both in pictures and video.

Please for the love of everything, tell me they aren't going to be fake.
They'll be real, just like they are on the 2015-17...

Not much difference I can see for the 2018 model as yet, I hear on the grape vine 2020 will have quad exhausts switchable and the magnride suspension ...nice.
Your grapevine is a little outdated since that's what the 2018 has just been announced to have :-)

A little bummed....hoping its a huge joke. Guess I'll be leaning more toward an Audi S5 now.
I've totally changed my mind !! that video of the yellow from last night was not that good. Today I've seen just about every video and pic and wow in Magnetic and a few other colors with some cool new wheel options. I love it now !! Cant wait till the Fall to buy one.

Plus no more cheap hard ugly plastic center console, now its wrapped in nicely stitched premium leather. The new steering wheel is thicker and now utilizes better premium leather. How about no more shiny chrome interior trim !!! wooo now its all aluminum !! The best is the quad exhaust and 12" modern center digital gauge cluster.

can't wait !!

It's pretty amazing on how much stuff Ford has changed in the 2018 model. Not only looks, but all the mechanical and electrical and some pretty cool new options. After reading all the info so far, I'd say the 2018 is going to get way more love then what it seems to be getting so far.

Big question is, what's a fully loaded version going to cost now?

Can't say I love it (or even like it), but with more pics and other colors, it could be "acceptable" due to PP with mag ride avail on the auto.

Have to wonder though if FI is going to be even possible on top of 12:1, as 460ish HP is not going to be even close to enough.

I like the refresh it's growing on me I think most every bodies reaction to a refresh is negative. I did like the Mustang's 13 refresh but I grew to like that one also. That said I love my 15 convertible and I'm going to keep her. :ford:

It's growing on my but depends on the color. What I do like is that they increased the valve size, raised the compression from 11.0:1 to 12.0:1, added direct injection, twin disc clutch, magnaride, dual mode exhaust, and a A10 for people wanting a automatic. What I do not like is the rear spoiler. That's definitely a camaro steal.

Agreed. The only things we should steal from camaro are sales.

I bet this car ends up being fairly easy to get to 500 rwhp NA. 500 NA at the wheels is more than I'll ever need for a street and track fun machine.

Where did they say they increased the valve size? So different cams, IM, and TB? It's got to breath better to be good to 7500rpm.

Sorry just can't get over the lower front end. Looks like my vacuum cleaner had sex with a Cylon. This is by no means an improvement in the looks department.

I have no idea why people this adding boost to high compression is impossible. I tried explaining this over a year ago when the idea of boosting a voodoo was in the works. That's proven it again. High compression +boost =hp/tq
