15-17 owners, what will make you trade for an '18?

My '15 is too tech-heavy as it is. Plus it would make no financial sense whatsoever to upgrade from a pristine, low-mile car.

Magride is great and all, and I have ridden in vehicles with it. But it really throws a wrench at those of us that like to play with the suspension to our liking.

Nothing besides a crash refresh-refresh for '19 (which won't happen). I love all the features and options of the '18, but it's not enough to offset the front end or the cost of trade in. If they hadn't screwed up the nose I'd at least think about it and run the numbers, just for kicks.

Lets say you changed it for an 18 model and 3 years later the completely different S650 comes in and even makes gt350 owners jealous! Then what? I think Ford is trying to match what the competition is offering right now with all the tech stuff. But the question is, what about the performance?

yeah it just doesn't make sense to trade for an 18 then trade for 2020...unless you like wasting cash up front and or love adding negative equity.

remember s650 will launch prob in fall 2019... two years after this car.

while i like having latest and greatest it's time for a 350+my car or my car+2020 in 2019. It's just too hard to let competition orange go especially after all these mods.

I'm pretty happy with my current car, so I don't plan on trading. I'm very excited to see how the new car performs, though. I'm rooting for the GT to make over 500 HP. I think that would get quite a few people to buy.

Nothing. I wouldn't consider making a change until 2020 at least and that's only if I get impatient like I have every other time. Realistically, I'd like to say I will look a couple of years after the next Gen comes out. You know... time to work out the bugs that are in my 2015 or time to work out the bugs that were in my 2010.
