I have PP2 with stock manifold and my FP filter fits. It's snug but it fits. The throttle body connector is VERY close to it but it does not push against the filter at all, just sits right next to it.

Interesting, mine was jammed against the wires...I ordered a JLT, but I'll have to look and see if I can reposition the wiring.

Mine fits as well. The TB connector wiring routes neatly between the TB and the separator reservoir. The connector itself is close but completely clear of the separator.

The one picture makes it appear that the wiring / harness is under tension, but it moves freely and is under no tension what so ever.

I installed my PP2 on my manual 2015 GT a little over a week ago. The only other modification I have is a Corsa sport cat back exhaust. The install went pretty much just like every other review on the forum with no major issues. First impression after initial start up was a lot more throttle hang than I had before. Thankfully, after the car warmed up the throttle hang went back to normal.

So far, I've put over 300 hundred miles since the install and I can say with confidence that I love this product. If you asked me what my impression was after my first test drive, I wouldn't have been so confident and that is all due to the no lift solution. The power, throttle response, and the sound right out of the box are definitely noticeable and actually seemed to get better as I put the miles on. On my first test drive though, I was having the same clunk going through the gears that Wildcatgoal was talking about. It only happened twice. I was not happy and thought I made a mistake by installing the PP2. After logging a few miles, and trying to figure out the no lift solution, I realized it was me causing the clunk. While trying to shift normally, sometimes the car thinks you are trying to use the no lift solution if you don't have your clutch and throttle just right while shifting, and it will kill the throttle for a split second causing the clunk. After logging several miles, either I have or the car has learned to drive with new throttle body because no more clunk. The no lift solution works pretty good, but I can't fully test it because the performance tires are worthless in the cold. I grab second or third gear with the no lift and it just blows the tires off. I can't wait to try it when the weather warms up!

My final words are I would recommend this product and as a few of you have already said this is how the car should have left the plant.

I don't understand all this horsing around with the "no lift" feature. You might as well give in and get automatics. That's where it's heading anyway. You are now just a step away from an auto...which is the ultimate "no lift shift". And you get to play with paddle shifters like the big boys do. Just saying...

I have a feeling this no lift shift stuff is going to be a pain in my ass. I doubt my shifts are clean. Wish I could disable it.

Got pp2 installed for $240, automatic is smoother and snappier. Not hearing the throttle body closing or the pinging. Exhaust sounds a bit deeper and more depth. I'd say it was worth it.


Oh yeah, 6th gear on the highway now seems to have much power and when I gas harder and it downshifts much faster than before.

I just heard the throttle body shut. It sounds as if you blew a bubblegum and it pops

I do have the new style separator... the one without the hole on the mount for re-plugging the wire loom. What style do you have?

Yep... that is what mine sounds like. I wonder what is really causing that noise... sounds like a backfire / purge.
