Just checked my car for any codes (no CEL), but was curious as I did have one issue where it threw 5 codes related to communications between all the modules (all U type codes) after the first oil change (when I hit the start button twice rapidly by mistake).

P061A comes up as this under Ford Trucks: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1352289-anyone-help-me-p061a-code-thrown.html

Anyone ever have this? May be related to the cold weather or the tune, I actually just flashed back to 91 for added protection during the winter even despite confirmation from LMS their 93 is safe to run 93 on (that and I'm going out of state so might run into 92 or 91 stations). I know I have a brand new strategy code and from what I gather P061A is an internal ECU error or possibly a sensor related error. I'm wondering if this isn't a "Ford" issue rather than LMS issue.

I must just be lucky to get a P061A. I wonder if it has to do with the gear swap, as I haven't changed the BCM ratio yet with Forscan...

It should not, I did not get any codes with my gear swap and the BCM auto adjusted for the change with no flashing.

I may just be lucky then...we'll see if it re-appears. Interestingly I've yet to see a CEL actually illuminate, even the misfires didn't trip it when I had that cracked plug insulator, so a drive cycle must be at least 50 to 100 miles.

It's a bit of an odd code as there's no definitive cause, at least form a technician's standpoint. From what I gather it's generally an internal PCM error, a discrepancy between calculated values and measured values of torque even though engine operation is otherwise ok.
