What should I do next for cosmetic mod? Suggestions can be cheap or expensive. If it's expensive, it might take me a couple of months to get the money together. Mine is on the end in this picture.

I was seriously thinking air ride suspension. That will take me, like, a year to save for though. Lol.

Steeda Jacking Rails and call it a day. :headbang:

These cars look pretty good stock and they've got enough motor to get you in trouble :headbonk: YMMV

It's your blank canvas. Do it up to your tastes and don't worry abou interweb opinions.

I was asking for opinions because there's a ton of options, some of which I might not know about.

For example, I want a GT350 hood, but don't know of any that fit the car. Maybe someone knows of them?

Maybe someone knows of a quarter panel scoop that would look good? I don't like any of the options I've seen.

There's literally a thousand choices for wheels. Some of which are meh. Some are decent. Again, I haven't seen any that I LOVE more than stock. Maybe someone has something they've been looking at.

I don't care about what others think of my car. I want suggestions.

The only GT350 style hood I've seen that fits the S550 so far is the RKsport one. I don't know anything about the manufacturer or the product itself though.

Catback, Shifter, if you have an MT, wheels, suspension. Sound system. GT350 steering wheel. Wing.

More or less in that order. I am on wheels. I go slowly.

I'm looking at the MGW short throw right now. It was actually next on the list :)

This is what I wanted to do.

Ford performance power pak 3 (tune, gt350im, gt350cai, gt350tb)
Ford performance track suspension 1" drop
Ford performance quad exhaust w/ gt350 rear valence
Cat delete
M350 gloss black wheels (wider and lighter than stock)
Nitto 285 front/305 rear
1 piece cf driveshaft
oil pump gear
some type of better shifter
Rear seat delete

Down the road maybe:
Head work
Cams
Headers
E85
injectors

Would like to drop 150 lbs to 200 lbs and make 500 hp na to the rear wheels. Once I start looking at all this and the money it would cost that I'll never recoup, I've decided I'd rather just get a gt350. The top list above would probably be around 15k not including labor. That plus the 38k for the premium gtpp is 53k for a car that has a value that drops like a rock and the mods are almost worthless in resale and it's going to take me a lot of labor to do. If I can get a gt350 for 60k and it holds it's value, I'll come out way ahead in the end.

Been waiting so long for one that actually has the curves of the GT350, not just a heat extractor on the normal GT bulge. Cervinis has a SEMA car that has a new hood. Check out this thread.

A company called Helion is supposed to be coming out with a nice one too. :)

Cosmetics are subjective...on mine I plan to do a grill (delete, DIY or aftermarket of some sorts), heat extractors and wheels. Some under hood stuff (master cylinder cover, CAI, maybe exhaust) and I'd call it a day.

Functionally, it would depend on what you dislike about the car, for me is suspension first and then transmission. There are always little add-ons for better reliability and safety (brace, jacking rails, catch can, alignment sleeves, etc) which I have already done.

Do whatever mods you want. A modded Mustang should be unique to each owner. We have the largest car aftermarket in the world, after all.

That said

Tint
X-pipe+Roush Axle-backs or Corsa Xtreme Cat-back
MRR M350s or Project 6GRs
Ford Racing Track Pack or full Steeda setup
Steeda, Roush, or GT350 Track Pack spoiler
Painted Roush or OEM hood vents
Emblem blackouts
Mishimoto Coolant Tank
Tune

Forced Induction

The sky's the limit.
