No they are rubber letters that you glue on. The prep is annoying but worth it

Ground effects lights in the 90s, spinners in the 2000s, white tire letters in the 2010s. *sigh*

"What's old is new again" as they say. People used to run white letter tires many years ago in the 60s and 70s. To me it has an old school look, and on some cars a NASCAR look. I think it depends on the car and how it's done. You can get ginormous letters which look a bit over the top to me, except maybe for cars setup for actual racing.

Im looking at paint pens I kind of want to highlight the markings that are there, they seem to have spoty reviews.

yea I looked into that as well. but the rubber letters are better for long term apparently the point fades quickly I heard
