This is actually the first car I have purchased in 17 years. I drove 2 Audis and 4 BMWs before this GT350...all of them leases...mostly due to the fact that I never keep a car more than 3 years. That, and BMW lease deals are pretty damn good.

Off topic, but does anyone know if 2017 will be the last year of production for the GT350? Will there be overlap between the GT500 and GT350? I am hoping 2017 is the last year, as it will only help our cars resale value.

some one stated in the other threat this is the last year, I always buy but this car is almost double the price of my last car. I normally keep cars 10+ years. Im new to ford the lease might give me a way out of the car easy if I dont like it or there are some long term reliability issues.

It would really depend on the residual to make it worth while. The resale on the GT350 is going to be very good, so it really depends if they hose you on that or not with a lease. If they give you the standard depreciation of a mass produced car, I imagine an outright purchase being better in the long run

Out right purchase will be but some times the difference is like 1000 over the course of a loan so depending on the numbers id consider it

I know, I know. I thought maybe with the anonymity of the Internet he would give an answer as to how he is doing it. :D I should've PMd. Plus, he (or she?) might actually use it for business so really was curious if this is the case.
The IRS rules on marketing are very interesting if you read them.
