So, went to TruFiber here in Riverside, CA to get my rear spoiler, and the Cal Pony Cars guys are in the same building. They came out and offered me some parts and to test fit some others. This is what they have so far.
The first things are the splash shields. I really like these. They were cool because they actually asked my opinion, and we all agreed on these. They had a smaller offering, but these come up and follow the same height and lines as the ones that come on the rear wheel wells stock. They utilize the existing holes in the fender well and 3m tape so that no drilling is necessary. I have noticed a huge difference immediately in the amount of road grime and dirt that gets kicked up on the side of the doors. So much better now. They cover up the hole at the side skirts, but not the holes at the back of the fender well. Here are the pics of them. The kit for the current mustang is $80 for the front and rears, so I'm sure this kit will come in less since it will be just the fronts once they get them made. I recommend this for everyone, as it protects and looks totally stock, which was what I wanted.
The second product is the engine dress up. I realize this isn't for everyone. But they look good to me, so we don't have the bright coolant and brake reservoirs sticking out. They offer both a plain black and the CF hydrodipped parts. I chose the CF, and compared them against by front splitter and rear spoiler which are real CF and its actually really good. They put the clear coat over the dipped parts which give them a good depth. Here are the pics. It is a cover for the brake and coolant, and a replacement for the fuse box.
I'll take some more pics when I get the JLT CAI and tuner and mid pipes in. Ordered the power pack from Lethal.
They will also be coming out with a hood lift kit that utilizes a mounting option so that there is no need to drill into the battery cover or anything else. Hopefully they should have that in the next week or two, and I'll put up some pics of that as well.
