Did your manifold come with install instructions? Was thinking about a similar setup. One issue isn't I couldn't find anything that would tell me what intake would work with the manifold on a gt.

No it did not. Paid $100 for the instructions and 1 hose and a harness.

Any cold air kit should work with it. I used Airaid with mine and have it laying around here with the insert cut out already. Let me know if you are interested in it (Lund already tuned for mine plus the GT350 IM so it should be a very easy tune for you if you use Lund).

I would like to know also.

Your instructions didn't say anything about this.

Btw, great instructions but man you guys need to change the coolant hose. The damn thing doesnt fit at all. I used my original and it came out reall good. Also please do something with the 3/8 brake booster hose that plugs into the manifold. Is not the right fit. I had to buy a different hose in order to correct it.
We are aware of the size issue on the coolant hose; in the instructions we mention you need to stretch it with needle nose pliers, while simultaneously applying some heat to the hose. I believe the instructions say to do the same with the 3/8 brake booster line.

As far as the IRC connectors are concerned, whichever wire is longer should go to the IRC that is further away. There will be DTC's if they are connected wrong.

Why not just provide a hose that fits correctly? Instead of charging for something that still needs to be reworked by the customer. Pretty much defeats the purpose of the kit if the end user still has to go to the auto parts store to do it the right way. If every customer has the same complaint, fix the issue. Pretty common sense stuff.

Thank You for the info.

But when we pay for a install kit we should receive the correct size hose. Also, In the instruction it shows the brake-booster hose that goes to the manifold only half way in. This is very dangerous if the hose pops off.

Again, the instructions were pretty good. I know it saved me lots of headaches.

If it has e85 in it I'd advise against it. Now if your using the stock tb and just swapped out the IM you'll be fine. I drove around on the regular 93 tune about a week and it drove fine. I wouldn't do any WOT or spirited driving though till you get your updated tune.

It will idle pretty rough but as long as you have the intake and MAF hooked up you should be able to check it out. I did the same thing even before I loaded the Lund tune because I had an issue with the Ngauge. you won't hurt anything at idle.

She is alive! Running real good. Idles great. The car hesitates a little at around 2.5k rpm. I am sure I need to load the tune to fix that. The exhaust pops much much more by just reving it. I am sure it is the 47lbs injectors. No cel or anything. I checked my vacuum is at -23 at idle with thermostats open. No leaks no nothing.

Just waiting for the Lund tune.

I don't think I would be driving it or revving it with larger injectors in there.

Each connection is a different size, the stock hose is pre-formed to fit both connectors. We provide a hose that fits the smaller size, and the end-user needs to form the other end of the hose to fit the larger connection.
