If you're trying to run one of the SCT "can" tunes, then it won't work if you have a US device and a UK vehicle. You need the US device if you're getting a tune from a US tuner, as the US software doesn't support the UK devices.

The 2016 CJs do utilize a heat exchanger. Their coolant reservoir for the supercharger is on the passenger side by the firewall, right where your battery sits, and the battery is moved to the trunk.
Each connection is a different size, the stock hose is pre-formed to fit both connectors. We provide a hose that fits the smaller size, and the end-user needs to form the other end of the hose to fit the larger connection.
We are aware of the size issue on the coolant hose; in the instructions we mention you need to stretch it with needle nose pliers, while simultaneously applying some heat to the hose. I believe the instructions say to do the same with the 3/8 brake booster line.
