i feel like chevy should give me a zl1 based on the amount of taxes that I pay and the amount of said taxes that were leveraged by them to keep from going under.

So.. Chevy.. I will happily take a ZL1 as interest on the money that i gave to the federal government to loan you... otherwise, i wouldn't drive one.

My mistake, on the 30 series tires.
Just like playing poker, I can't tell you my mods (to many Chevy trolls on this website). but my 0-60 time is under 4 seconds.
you cant tell us your mods because they dont exist. it's okay... fun cars are meant to be fun, not a dick waggin contest. Kindly put your e-manhood back in your pants and back away from the keyboard.

I can't believe it, that you clowns can't figure out how to make your GT350 go from 0-60 in less than 4 seconds with a few simple performance mod..............just go to enginelabs.com for a little bit of help. LOL:doh:

This is funny as Hell!!

If I was given any kind of Camaro I'd use it for a demolition derby. But then again I'm worried about the ignition switch. I might die and that would suck.

It's rear tires have a smaller overall diameter, effectively increasing the final drive ratio or shortening the gears slightly for better acceleration.

What mods do you have done? Unless you are supercharged, the bolt ons that people are doing will beat an R sure, obviously, same motor same power, but it won't blow the doors off it to 60. Unless you're running slicks...
I think you would be surprised at what headers and a e85 tune will do to this car.

of course the r is free to do the same mods.

Sorry but I watch that racing all the time. I wont say anything else to that guy about the Ford GT.
I understand that... I was simply making a sarcastic point towards a very obvious troll.

I'm a huge fan of the GT, prefer it 100% to any Vette, but I still think it shoulda had a supercharged Voodoo :D

I have no doubts, for an NA mill the 5.2 seems to react to E85 very well surprisingly. My point was that even with a 100 hp extra, from 0-60 there would be little in it, it's all down to traction off the line. An extra 100 hp wouldn't start to really show until you go past 60, it might pull a car length or two by 100mph maybe?

He said it would blow the doors off it, which generally you need several hundred hp more to really just run away from another car like he's saying.

I'd like to know how the hell dodge started this trend and Chevy to follow. Did they forget the gt500 had 662 hp before the hell cat and zl1? Seriously? Come on. That's another blow against ford. Not to mention the gt500 did it with less displacement and 662 hp / 631 tq from a 5.8 and less then 60k msrp. The next gt500/mach1/??? Is going to kill both the kitty cat and lazy1

Yeah appears as though they forgot the last GT500 existed lol it definitely started the "horsepower wars" all over again.

I agree it will be quicker than a hellcat, and surely beat it on track, as the hellcat don't care about track times. Yet to see whether it will beat the ZL1 on track, those two will be close for sure, and there absolutely will not be any "killing" of either one. It will be very small difference IMO.

The GT500 with nearly the same weight an 100 HP more... Im sure the GT500 will put a cork in it. Only thing is, not sure the GT500 will come in auto form.
Still, the 0-60 and quarter times are on par with the previous gen GT500.
Tag at least .2-3 seconds onto the time of the zl1 in a manual tranny.

I don't think it makes a difference if the ZL1 had 300 more hp than the GT350. GT350 will outsell the Camaro on looks alone so no I do not believe ADM/demand will go down.
