Procharger p1 max power or boost

Just wanted to thank you guys for the responses. Waiting to hear back from Procharger about purchasing a kit!

Get a hold of lethal or beefcake, seriously both of these guys are top notch. I bought mine from Lethal but would have just as easily bought from beefcake.

Not true, I've seen a lot of Whipple Stage 2 kit guys run 700rwhp with no Boost-A-Pump with the Whipple tune. Don't know how it's done, but they do it. As for boost, some guys do it on the stock pulley which I believe is 10 lbs, and other pulley down once to the 3.625 pulley and run 11 lbs, this is with headers usually.

Yes true. All the centri base kits run 8-9 lbs. So whipple stg II making 10 lbs is in fact MORE boost. Centri guys easily making over 700 going to smaller pulleys to make more boost.

My point was they can run more boost, but still on pump. But tuners suggest against more than 10 psi on pump.

Another thread which I can't find right now said 1250 if you send your P1 to Procharger they can upgrade it for you to a D1.

Yes, they cut the cost in half for the head unit if you trade in your P1. So, roughly $1250, like the other guy said.

OP- i'd still be willing to try and buy your setup when you get bored and wanna go twins. ;)

I'm already bored but the wife put a end to my modding by wanting a new house. Lol. I guess I'm going to have to be happy with this a little longer. I'm trying to put a little cash away each week to upgrade to a d1 and fuel system.

Haha same thing happened to me last fall, then we got married. So, my bank account is still recovering lol. I'll have to hop on the secret "go fast" fund as well.

I'd think about selling mine , P1 3.50 and 3.70 pulley , plug and play BAP , ID1000 injectors , Extra belt ,SCTx4 , extended warrantee from Procharger .. Thinking hard about going to a Whipple ...:cheers:

The way mine is making TQ down low I'm having a hell of a time hooking the car even with slicks .. I'm thinking with the whipple flight control I could turn down the power in first gear and get the damn thing to hook ..SAE dyno numbers are 604HP and 561 TQ with a A6 before I did the cat deletes ..I love everything about this procharger but when I went to the 3.50 pulley and had it retuned the TQ went crazy wild at low RPMs ..

I wouldn't need all of that. Sub out the SCT and extra pulley, then pm me a rough price estimate.
