What does the ratlle sound like. If I'm driving and holding at 2k, I hear what could be described as a rattle, but I'm pretty sure it's the transmission.

Dude what are you talking about? All bottom mount kits use a scavenger pump, which this includes. And no, all kits 15-19 use a s197 driver side header, that this comes with. What kit are you using? BW kit is basically the same as lpf and none of which you stated changes on besides the oil...
