Cheers Andrew! They're actually on Sally right now, but she needs to do her make-up before being exposed to the world right now... Tomorrow is make-up day, so I'll have something by the end of the day.Looks awesome. Can;t wait to see if on the car.

Look forward to the pics.Cheers Andrew! They're actually on Sally right now, but she needs to do her make-up before being exposed to the world right now... Tomorrow is make-up day, so I'll have something by the end of the day.
Pictures don't quite capture it correctly due to the high reflectivity, but in person, it's now EXACTLY what I was hoping for.
PRO TIP for anyone using Plastidip. Chuck your aerosol in some hot water for a good while before using. The paint will flow and atomise SO much better.
Lol. Yeah, it was about 5 degrees here when I did the spraying. Same problem with cure time, different reason.Look forward to the pics.
As for the plastidip cans, I just leave mine outside for 15 mins beforehand. It's the middle of summer here and it was 49*C (120*F) outside yesterday. Problem I have is the drying time with the humidity. I ended up using the missus' hairdryer on cold setting to dry some stuff the other day. Plastidip was still visibly wet after 25 minutes outside.
One drawback to Guard Green is the darkness of the colour shows up the dust. Looks like i've had the car painted matt green most of the time. It's got a fine layer of dust within about 8 hours of having it washed. Infuriating.Lol. Yeah, it was about 5 degrees here when I did the spraying. Same problem with cure time, different reason.
On the bright side, I'm kinda thinking your location lends itself to sand blasting at a reasonable cost...or no cost, just wait for a windy day....
Can't wait to see the finished product!!!
