The finish I'm aiming for is this....
This finish you are referring to is spot on and will look fabulous. I like it.

I see you are using the jack in one of your photo's, what's your experience using it on this Mustang, any issues with identifying the jacking points?

Used the stock jack before and it works fine although limited travel for getting the car up high for jack stands. No issues identifying the jacking points as the pinch welds have a small indent to clearly mark out where it should be used.

Cheers mate!
Exactly as Andrew said. There's little arrows moulded into the underside, with reliefs cut away. The body seam is extra thick right there.
However, the Jack I'm using is from SUPERCHEAP... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
They give you the pissiest little handle, can only just get enough leverage to rotate it...
I struggle like crazy to get the car up off the deck.
SCA have a sale ending soon (17th?) and I'm thinking I'll pick up a good Kinchrome trolley Jack (goes down to 75mm from memory). That'll go nicely under the diff, both rears at once thank you.
Front, I'm not sure about yet. May just use the standard jacking points.

Yes 6GR wheels.

I'd go for the black ones personally ( on my Magnetic ).
If I wasn't going this way, black is the second choice for me.
I'm not convinced that the graphite colour works so well on Magnetic BUT it does look fantastic on others. Something about wheels same colour as the body just doesn't look right to me.
But, diversity is awesome! Black, gold, pink purple, whatever really.
I don't really want to see 20 "modded" mustangs lined up, all with the same-same.

Matches perfect. The colour of those rims suits it. Like I said in an earlier post I like the style very much. Who makes this rim? Will go well with your bronze theme. Enoch on the UK boards is another who has this theme with his badges but dunno about his rims. Although I love black rims and have never had them on any of my past vehicles the dust stands out like dog's gonads. I'm a clean freak! The bronze will alleviate the dust problem.

Cheers mate, the wheels are Project 6GR, manufactured specifically for this car.
Available from Need4SpeedMotorsports (Paul is your man).
Thanks for the heads up on Enoch, I'll have to check that out..
As for brake dust... Gloss black is the WORST possible colour for that, matte/satin would be sooooo much better. Dunno if bronze will hide it well, but, Sally gets a bath every weekend. Any excuse to fiondle her curves I suppose
