My car is currently with Prix car in Melbourne with the status of Available, a pick up date of 11/07/16 which is today and a delivery date of the 14/07/2016 what does this all mean ?

it means that your car is available to be picked up today but is likely to be delivered on 14/07/2016. With a bit of luck you should be able to get the car by the end of the week

Mustang getting closer, was just informed it arrived at Baltimore 3rd July. Now the wait for the ship

Ford Service US via this Forum should be able to provide you with. They did so for me.

Agree - Deysha and Ford Service on this forum are really helpful.

There are ships almost once a week for a while so hopefully once you reach Baltimore it won't be too long before you're on one. Ok it's another 4 - 5 weeks en-route but that doesn't seem so bad anymore!

Just an update or just for future reference, if anyone else gets "Returned to Shipper" , majority of the time this just means that there wasn't enough space when they were loading the ship / it was full hence they had to offload few booking no. batches of cars.
If you are part of this unfortunate bunch generally you get booked on the next ship out of baltimore! All good.. nearly there

Checked a few of the 'RETURNED' and they are on Tarago - so fingers crossed 2-STANG!

Sorry 2-STANG I used the wrong list of vins to check the returns.

IF you do a 'track and trace' with Booking Ref 'USBAL145319%A' you will get the 22 cars that were 'unloaded' (incl NZ).

I hope these appear soon with 'Received' again.
