Got home from work around 4:00 with nothing really to do so since my Swift Spec-Rs arrived today I figured why not spend some wrenching time in the garage and boy oh boy am I glad I did. Car has a slight rake to it but nothing crazy. These springs are LINEAR and they do their job well. Am going to put about 50-70 miles on her and run get alignment. Now I am running Ford Racing Strut/Shock setup with these springs. Car feels much more in control in turns. Definitely these springs and Hotchkis sway bars compliment each other. No more crazy nose dive in braking. Spring rates are perfect in my opinion. Like I have said before I have had these springs on 2 other vehicles before and knew what to expect. I have a buddy with a WRX and he has rode in my car before and now today and even he was impressed with the noticeable difference in handling. He is ordering the Swifts for his car next week. Want to say Trinity Auto Sport for professional service. Ordered monday they got here today and are on the car. I was on Steeda Sport Linears and will be selling these local.

The Steedas are to soft for me. They are a good cruising spring but the nose dive in braking drove me crazy. I am just being honest. Accelerating through the gears I felt like I was in a boat in the ocean rocking back and forth. Once again I am being honest. First thing I did tonight on test driving these springs once oil temp got up to temperature I ripped through the gears and NO issues. :)

I married the Swift springs with my track handling package and love it.
The car doesn't squat under braking but still has enough suspension travel that you can add power mid turn and not have the tail spin out on you.

I have done 1.09G with factory wheels and this suspension and they handle like a champ

Nice to hear this. I do not have many miles on them maybe 10 but very noticeable difference from all other springs I have had on this car. I was going to get the Konis but I do not see a need for them now. The Ford Racing struts/shocks working great with these Swift springs.

Are you able to get some pics of the ride hight? Not many pictures of people running Swift Spec R's on here. Thanks for the review either way.

yes sir. I will get some pics while on the alignment rack possibly tonight. I am sure we will have many Mustang owners running these springs in the very near future. These springs cannot be denied that is how good they are. Something else I would like to add is that both fronts were same height as were the rears.

This is my car on the track package with Swift springs

The way these springs wake up this car in turns I am amazed that there are so few running them. I cannot wait to get off work and put this Roush SuperCharger to work. :headbang:

That girl looks like she's about to take a #2! ;)

I actually plan on getting these springs after running the Ford Racing track springs that come with my still-yet-to-arrive track package. Weird how this popped up and verified my plan as being perfect, as usual. ;)

LOL. Wife and I were just laughing about this. I asked my wife what is this girl doing!!?? You will not regret your choice. Swift Spec-Rs combined with Ford Racing Struts/Shocks is one bad ass combo. Hope ya get your setup soon.
