You don't want to pay that, the 1st 3 years servicing is only ÂŁ590 and 5 year warranty is ÂŁ540Anyone else received details on the Ford service plan ?

Yep Mike looked after my S197 and will look after the S550300 quid a service is a rip off, especially as the 1st one will be oil and filter change max. As Gibbo has said, I won't be going anywhere near my dealer unless it's for warranty work and even then I will be watching them like a hawk. Modurstang will be looking after mine.
Asked. Twice. No details supplied other than to be told that the service plan can be bought at any point but the monthly payments will (obviously) rise the later you buy. Also asked about the extended warranty and was told it can be bought up til the end of the factory warranty which I realise flies in the face of others' information...Anyone else received details on the Ford service plan ?
Doesn't change the fact that that's the service interval.total rip off note the service intervals stated in that plan are 10k !!!!! I don't even let the oil burner in my ÂŁ800 Volvo do for more than 7k before changing the oil.
Not in my experience....... My Previous Aston, and TVR's never had a single dealer stamp in the book......all were serviced by marque specialists, and it made no difference whatsoever when I came to sell..;)You may not trust Ford servicing and might be right but ultimately if you resell the vehicle anything other than Full Ford service history will affect residuals dramatically, especially on a car like the Mustang
I think this used to be the case, but I'd say the majority of people now appreciate there are plenty of independent garages around that are just as good as (a lot better than main dealers)You may not trust Ford servicing and might be right but ultimately if you resell the vehicle anything other than Full Ford service history will affect residuals dramatically, especially on a car like the Mustang
