I have a 2015 Ecoboost non pp with a COBB Accessport and a Roush CAI. I was wondering what else I need to properly do an E85 conversion other than a new tune?
Thank you

There is not enough headroom in the stock DI system to accommodate E85. You would need to run an aux fuel system.

Rail, injectors, controller, tune.

I'm upgrading my fuel system so if you are serious about running e85 I would offer you my rail and injectors at a pretty good bargain compared to new. All you would need is a controller and tune (See Tune+)

Boomba sells a port injection plate for injectors pretty cheap. You will need to piece together all the lines/fittings though, as well as the injectors and fuel controller. Everyone just uses the SplitSecond controller though, so not hard to figure that out.

CP-E's kit is nice, but their kit is about ~500 more for just including the fittings and hoses. Not hard to pick out the right fittings.

Any hints at cost? Considering what CP-E charges for theirs without injectors or controller, I'm afraid to ask :headbonk:

PM if you'd like an early tester, I've been itching to go full corn fuel since I got the car just been having a hard time choosing a kit. :) :) :)

I have already tuned about 10 cars on E85. I also have a car for the new kit, we are looking to make 700whp+ next week on it. We were already at 605whp last time we were on the dyno, but ran out of fuel and which prompted me to make this kit.

Roughly how much more power potential on an internally stock motor is there with this vs the meth kit?

Well, Daniel Higdon is making 450whp without even pushing it with my E85 tuning.

Stock block, MAP 5558 Turbo Kit.

Stock shortblock. There are few options for built motors. AKE, MAP, CPe (soon?)...
