anyone planning to get the magnaflow competition catback for the ecoboost in VIC?
If so when? want to hear it in person & make my decision lol

Unfortunately, with the current low percentage of Mustangs on order that are Ecoboosts, finding someone in the local area with a Magnaflow exhaust may be difficult. I'm also interested in hearing either the competition or street series in person, but it probably won't happen before I make the decision.

Yeah that's very true. Was lucky to hear an ecoboost with the magnaflow street in person, but still get to hear the completion.

Currently considering the purchase and installation of an Xforce SS Varex Exhaust System supplied out of Sydney for a 2016 EB Mustang. The Varex feature allows remote opening of a valve within each of the back two mufflers to allow exhaust gases to flow without any restrictions directly through the final mufflers at the back of the car. Cost $1450 for the system without the Varex feature and an extra $400 for the Varex feature. The System offers increased HP of around 5, better fuel economy plus a "good" EB exhaust sound which can be varied using the Varex feature. Would be pleased to hear from anyone who has got any mail on this make of exhaust system.

I had an xforce system on my VE SS, it droned and I ended up selling it. I can't speak of their systems for the Mustang

I have the Magnaflow Street and very happy with it. Has a lovely low end growl. Haven't heard the competition so can't make a comparison.

My car is a still way off but at this stage I'll probably go with the resonator delete X pipe. Its a cheap upgrade and doesnt sound too bad.

Sadly mate I'm 6 months away but will let you know. I really like the smooth deep note they give and apparently no drone so for the price they're worth a shot. If I want a bit louder I may get a muffler shop to replace the suitcase Resi with a decent centre muffler that's a bit louder but controls rasp and drone.
