I've initially did just that. Disconnect the sound tube from intake and remove half of it, up to where it connects to true bodywork. Couldn't get to the bolt to disconnect from the firewall. Got it removed proper when did headers.

Where did you order the US lower grill from. I need to order one myself. What did it cost you, if you don't mind sharing?

I've got the full Streetfighter exhaust (incl headers and cats) and tune. Now making about 280kw at the wheels. Mine's an auto btw. And it came with a driveline warranty with it for piece of mind. Before the tune, with just the full exhaust and cai it made mid-250s at the wheels. Love it...

intake, 1&7/8 ceramic coated long tube headers and 100 cell high flow cats. Connected up to a 3inch exhaust. Sounds angrier and louder than with just a catback. Extra power is immediately noticeable, and expect it to be even better after it gets a tune & dyno run later this week.

All this talk of headers: mild steel Vs stainless. Let's get a list of available options in Aus for RHD ponies. Kooks are stainless Streetfighter are mild steel with ceramic coating Hurricane and X-Force and Di-Filippo and Harrops also offer RHD headers. Anyone know what materials they use?
