The answer is still the same: Your dealer has that information. And it sounds like the car is at the trucking company, waiting to be loaded and transported to the dealer, which could take a week or more, depending on the availability of space on the trucks.OK. I called the rail this morning and it said "Placed at Customer location" so I guess that means it's ready to be picked up, right? Also, now how can I know when the car was picked up by truck? Would Ford have that info or would the rail co. tell me that on the voice response system?

I'm not sure if Cassens does the delivery in your area, but if they do you can track it here.OK. That is BS. It's all in Vehicle Visibility.Just called my dealer he says once it gets to the customer location it falls off his map and has no way to know if the truck picked it up. I'm calling BS. But he is a nice guy.
That or he's not allowed to release that detailed info for whatever reason. Much like how Ford Performance wouldn't give me the railcar number. I had to get it by other means. No fault to them. It could just be the policy.I would have to put it on that he just doesn't know. That has to be it because he had told me that they send these Mustangs to Vegas to get the Shelby treatment I told him that's not true he told me his Regional rep told him that. So I set him straight so he just doesn't realize
YES that means I have picked it up,for you! sorry I could not resist this! Ha! JohnJust called the rail again and it said it's "been released by the customer" anyone know what that would mean?

My GT350 was ordered on 6/11/15 and delivered one day short of six months on 12/10/15. From my perspective, you're still ahead of the game. I'd be :frusty: too if I was told vague info on my car and understand your need for accurate info. The misinformation about it going to Vegas is just plain wrong on many levels and it shouldn't be up to you, the only one in your transaction who is paying money into the system, to set them right. Now they just updated it has been "received in interchange"
