I don't have any plans.

I think the only thing I could do is another Martini stripe on the roof but feel that's a bit far. If I was going to do that I would've had a proper full race livery done but as it's not a Porsche....

I did look at classic Mustang race liveries but there don't appear to be many, certainly not any decent ones anyway.

I has a Lancia Delta HF Turbo Martini edition and the stripes going up looked stunning, sadly no pics.

Wrap the roof gloss black, and get the wheels painted gloss black with all your black tints on the lights it would look killer whilst still remaining elegant/subtle. :)

About ÂŁ120-ÂŁ160 for roof wrap and about ÂŁ250-ÂŁ300 to do the wheels and then you have perfection for a white car. :)

Seems a bit pants to buy gunmetal alloys, just to spray them black, when you (i assume) can buy them in black?

Have to admit though, this does sound like a good idea from Gibbo.

Wrap company that we use can do roofs at about ÂŁ60-100 right gibbo (You were the guy who was using Wrapstarz in lichfield right?)

Yes think I paid ÂŁ120 but can't remember, just budget ÂŁ100-ÂŁ150 for a gloss black 3M wrap, so quality stuff.

Definitely not painting the wheels!

HRE do them in a couple of standard colours, a few small cost option colours and then finally any colour you want. For a price.

I went for silver as I felt the next shade wasn't quite right. I would never have got these in black as 1. I'm removing black wheels and 2. black hides the detail.

I'm not sure I would've blacked the roof even if it was a plain car, but certainly not with the Martini stripes.

If they came in RHD I'd already have one and it would be the full Martini replica.
They did come in RHD, this was the HF turbo 1.6 version and I had a stunning one, also had an Integralle afterwards with the 2.0 engine but they only came in LHD, it was a money pit, had the best steering feedback of any car I owned.

Yeah, I'll have to pop over to YOUR house again when it's dried out a bit so I can take some pics of it looking spotless.

Having it properly detailed on friday in preparation for sunday. Fingers crossed for a day like today! :)
