So, I don't know if it's just me but I'm often asked by non-Mustang owners if my car is a Shelby. With my 2012, I could kind of understand why it was happening because of the stripes. I intentionally put "MUSTANG GT" rocker stripes on the car when I first got it so I wouldn't get that question. But, it didn't help.
My 2016 looks nothing like a Shelby but I've already gotten asked by someone if it was a Shelby. So, I'm just wondering if other people get asked this question a lot because I'm considering doing a video on my YouTube channel specifically for non-Mustang owners to learn how to spot the difference. Being asked this question has turned in to an inside joke between me and my brother. Sometimes at car shows we just ask people if their car is a Shelby, whether it's a Mustang or not. We're just immature like that, haha!
Anyways, let me know if any of you have ever been asked this. Thanks!
