Yesterday was a treacherous adventure. It was -8F and snowing lightly but very slick roads. The Coyote struggled abit. I mean it was tail fishing while going straight. Making turns was horrible, lots of understeer, and no grip. I think yesterday's conditions reached the limits of both the tires and the TC. I missed my AWD. But survived.

ah so the heat from the engine melts the snow and ice in a pattern of the horse. would be easy enough to do right? cut away the hood liner

Thanks...I have Michelin Ice X tires and I think they are ranked second to Blizzaks. Now in a storm like this (see video) we had 6 years ago, I doubt the Coyote would handle. With the Suby AWD, I had no fear of any whether conditions I would go out and adventure while everyone is staying off the roads.
