350 production on hold??

Just heard from my dealer that no orders are being scheduled for the rest of Jan. Unless it's already built or in the process right now, otherwise all orders are being put on hold.

Anyone else heard something similar that's still waiting? This is coming from the regional rep for my dealer.

I guess I just beat the buzzer if this were s true. My build was supposed to start yesterday per Ford Perfromance. Although my dealer is either too lazy or dis-interested in providing the VIN.

I was told this yesterday by my dealer as well. So I called Ford and was told my car is being built this week. I have the window sticker generated as well. Hoping I got in before the cut off

Ford ALWAYs has parts shortages because of how aggressive they are with price negotiations with their suppliers.

If there was a real big issue, I would imagine them halting cars currently on the line, which doesnt seem to be the case , so might be a parts supply issue or something else.

There were quite a few cars slotted for Jan builds, I wonder if they pushed out some regular stangs to clear out a back log of GT350s and they are all caught up now. They only schedule once a week, so they might just go a few weeks without scheduling and new GT350 builds.

Perhaps and hopefully they might also be addressing some of the issues people have reported on those already delivered such as the exhaust valves sticking and resolve them for those of us still waiting. I have no problem with a more perfect car.

I'm getting tired of waiting.. Worst ordering experience I've ever had. Ford is a disaster.

Just talked to Mike at FP. Mine is still on schedule for Jan 14 completion. He did not sight any anticipated production halt on future cars. Encourage you guys impacted to call FP directly.

Those are already scheduled cars though. The halt is for scheduling cars.
