How hard is it to extract data into an Excel or even PDF format that everyone knows is from available source systems and database trackers used to build these cars...?

I don't know why in today's tech world it's so difficult to put together such a list that can be compiled in literally seconds.

I've been struggling with this same issue. Does anyone have a contact at Ford Performance we can reach-out to push this forward? It's pretty difficult to assess rarity without this official breakdown. Other years have it - what's so special about 2020?
