Nope mine is a knock-ish sound with an exhaust leak sound as well. All started after my oil change. Drivers side

Interesting, I will let you know what happens tomorrow while on site.

Just arrived at Sawgrass Ford. Service advisor lined up a GT next to mine. Fired both up, let the RPMs drop from startup warm up and my car sounds way different than the newer GT. the tick is noticeable, even over the engine noise from the other GT. Speaking to shop foreman and service manager shortly. Will update soon.

Does your noise go away after warm?

It does not, other engine parts quiet down, the wind/noise/slap sound does not, just more apparent.

Why are you not happy :(?

I'm happy for you though, hopefully you get something out of this.
So far no good news. Engine is still making the same noise. They asked me to drive it for a week and report back on the findings. Just pulling up to my job, the issue is still there, loud as ever. I am starting to think rather than engine internal, could be drivers side header related. Not my call, but its my suggestion, as little weight as it may have in the matter.

I will wait to hear back from FORD GSM and will report back with Dealer as well. The car will most than likely be in the shop in a weeks time again.

The good side is that the Dealership DOES agree with me that there is a distinct and different sound coming from my engine. It definitely does not sound like a normal engine, or my engine just being "louder" for that matter. It is definitely a different sound, more of a slap type rather than a heavy tick sound.

I will give more updates once I have in the following week.

Interesting, no they did not mention that, but I do have an H-pipe

the H pipe install may have loosened that connection. I'll look for that TSB it's probably your issue... loose connection

I had to cut into the cat downpipe right after the converter. I took out the H-pipe and ran open Cats and the sound was still present. Thanks for that though.

Got my car looked at by my mechanic today (ticking sound) he said he can hear the sound and says it is coming from the valve tain :( I will be taking it to a different ford service location along with a write up from my mechanic.

Is your ticking sound on top of the engine or heard from the bottom wheel well? My sound is only present from under the engine, not the top looking in from hood.
