GT PP engine knock/ping/tick?

34 days-in-the-shop-later update - They got the second head in that they are trying next. Will be installed and they will let me know how it goes tomorrow. Will it fix the engine noise? Who knows?

3 day update - Waiting on my BBB forms that are otw to my mailbox. Still would rather trade with Ford than go through this, but I will keep the proceedings moving forward in the meantime. 100% committed to this.

Yes, Ford pays the remaining balance on your loan. I won a Lemon Law claim on my 2015 EcoBoost and I got everything back and swapped it for a 16 GT Premium PP and couldn't be happier!
