Xpel Window Tint

Thanks to @ixfe , I (we) now know Xpel has window tint. Maybe I'm late to the party, but I didn't know this. I did some homework, but it does seem to be a fairly new product for them as there wasn't much out there for reviews, but certainly no bad news. Logic would dictate that being an Xpel product, it should be legit! ixfe's car looks great. Just thought I'd start a fresh thread to see if anyone else went with Xpel or had any inputs.

My local Xpel wrap shop has a great rep and does nothing but top end cars and they are now installing this. May just go with it.

They have all the standard shade options, but they have two color options. I've seen the black on ixfe's car, but any chance someone has the charcoal?

whatever brand you go with, i'd stick to ceramic or nano-ceramic. i'll be going with rayno s7 or s9 "phantom" series nano-ceramic.

I'd rather have the car sit in dirt than taking it to an automated car wash.

Here’s what the Xpel Color Safe looks like in 20% black film. As you can tell from the shadows, 9am sun was shining directly on the hood/windshield.
