Buy the 50th L E in America. sell it to someone outside of America where prices are crazy.
Yeah, good luck with the logistics of that deal...

I suppose someone that is well versed in such transactions could pull it off, but that's not a deal the average Joe would know how to facilitate.

I've been offered the L_E @ MSRP from the dealer that sold me a BOSS @ MSRP.

I have to give my 100% commitment today or it goes to someone on the list they now have.

The reason they offered me the L_E, I gave a deposit for a 2015 Mustang GT350.

After seeing the overwhelming response for GT over L_E on the poll, I have rethought my original decision to accept the L_E, instead I'll be telling the dealer to pass it to the next lucky person.

I guess in reality the L_E is nothing more than Lipstick. If Ford would've made it more unique, (Body, Engine??) then it would make it more desirable and fun.

Definitely the loaded xplan GT. If the limited edition was something like a fully loaded GT with unique options and came with a supercharger or an ecoboost with twin turbos, that would entice me more. Just having mostly cosmetic touches an a numbered plate isn't doing it for me.

All i have to say is "1 of 1,964" or "1 of 100,000"

I'd go for the Limited Edition!

Your signature says Black, if you had the chance would you still go for the LE at MSRP?

I received this from a Dealer out of state, I was just checking to see if they would be hard to obtain.

Hi XXXXXX,

I sold all 6 of my allocated LE cars for 15k over sticker. We are sold out.

Thank you,
XXXXX XXXXX

If I had the money to drop on the LE I would do it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately I'm limited to between $35K and $38K, and I don't see the LE being anywhere close to the price, I'm think close to $50k for one.
If you got the money, do it, that car will be a rare car and something nice to hold on to for many years.

If I'm going to pay thousands more for exclusivity, I want something more than a few badges and other cosmetic tweaks to show for it.

OP: I didn't realize you had one of the LE cars lined up at MSRP when you made this post. I'd have been on it like white on rice, no questions asked. You'd be assured of having one of the very first available cars, at MSRP, without having to bargain or shop around. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Let's be honest here... If previous new Mustang model launches are any indication, the initial batch of GT's are going to have ADMs. You'll either need to get lucky or have a good relationship with your dealership to get one of the initial cars at MSRP, let alone x-plan. I think you'll have to wait a bit to get one at x-plan.

I didn't think the allocations happened yet. Someone is lying to you.

I believe it to be true, my Dealer was informed they only were allotted 1, I've contacted other dealers and get the same type of information.

Maybe one of our dealer-members can chime in on this. I know when I was shopping for a 13, a lot of the dealers I spoke with told me many lies about their allotments. And it wasn't even limited edition cars.

I've talked to 2 dealers about x-plan on ordered (on May 20th) GTs, and both have said "Sure". I think that's a good sign.
