Work wheels fitment s550

I have a PP with welds rn and a guy wants to trade me his work vsxx. He said 18x10.5+0 fronts and 18x10.5+25 for the rear. Is this even possible to make work with big brembos up front, could i make it work possibly? Not really good with the calculations for fitment and could use some help because its hell of a deal.

That will poke a lot front and rear.

+35 front and +50 rear offsets are flush fitment with 10” wide fronts and 11” wide rears.
