Ok, I'm old and fat, but I did talk my wife to get in and do that!
The roof did pop up 90%, so much better that I'm not too embarrassed to drive it.
I'm going to look into a 'dentpro' specialist before I take it to a body shop for a full roof skin.
I'll try to get new pics up today.
You had her take her shoes off, right?

If the seats reclined and she’s got her feet on the roof, I would want more than her shoes off … :giggle:

You're not her type.

Glad to see it looks so much better.

I can't believe no one mentioned the tub is labeled "redlines," If that's the case that tub could be worth more than the car - are the Hotwheels OK?

I think there are a few challengers / chargers in that tub, hence the amount of weight and damage it did when it sailed off the shelf ...

Yes, that tub has my original 1968 - 1972 redlines (130 of them) and another 150 Matchbox from 1961-1970. (all in played with condition)
Not worth as much as the GT/CS, but to me they are 'priceless' since they all are ones I bought from my local Ben Franklin 5 & Dime store with my paper route money.

I have only ever had a garage that I could get a vehicle in once in my life and it got damaged more while it was in there than any of my vehicles that never saw a garage. Stuff slipping from rafters, kids scraping it with toys/bikes, ex-wife setting her cooking racks on the hood!!! The fact that they are all alive and uninjured as a result is a testament to my self-control

This is why I went through everything above our cars and secured it one way or another - I used many bungee cords to secure stuff. We had a dog cage fall on the mach-e hood. Thankfully it was PPF'd and a few minor dents popped out perfectly with paintless dent repair - we got off easy.
Thanks for the cautionary tale - everyone should be looking at the potential disasters in their garages and prevent this from happening.

The only reason love exists is to keep you from eating your offspring.
