Winter wheels for PP1

I have a 2019 PP1 on order and am planning to buy a second set of wheels and snow tires for winter.
1) Will non-PP wheels fit over the brakes? If I can buy some 18" base Mustang wheels (or buy an equivalent sized aftermarket wheel), I can save a decent amount of money on the tires.
2) If I need to buy 19" wheels, will I need to buy staggered sizes (19x9 and 19x9.5) or can I just buy a set of 19x9 wheels and 255 width winter tires all around?

Most 18" wheels do not fit over the giant Brembos, and those select few that do are not cheap simply because they are seen as a "motorsport" type wheel that is made specifically to fit over big brakes. You won't find any budget 18" wheels that are made to fit those brakes.

And yes you can do a square 19x9 setup. The car does not require staggered wheels to operate correctly.
