Your location says Albuquerque. Since that's a little over a mile in elevation, I'd expect a good deal less than 680-700hp. I'd image you are probably looking at like 2.5psi less boost than someone at sea level unless you got a smaller pulley.
This exact same thing happened to me this morning. I started my car and it said 1 mile left. As I pulled out of the garage, it dropped to 0 miles. I drove 1 mile to the gas station as gingerly as possible and pumped 15.6 gallons. At 21 mpg (what I usually make) that's like 8 miles of fuel...
I bought the motor protect from here. https://www.europaparts.com/liqui-moly-motor-protect-500-ml.html?utm_source=google_shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQjwjbveBRDVARIsAKxH7vk_l9oQ04ItSCQB75vemotsVcyYhmQQa959iVly6OVEjVaxd8cDHKMaAuMcEALw_wcB
Take a look at this post about Liqui Moly products. It was the...
Like you I decided against going with Ceratec, as I didn't think it was necessary to use at each oil change. I decided to put in Liqui Moly Motor Protect on my first oil change (should be good for 30k) and Liqui Moly MOS2 at each oil change. I had heard the tick once before my first oil change...
If you have a Costco membership, the invoice pricing on the Costco auto program is accurate. Otherwise you can go to the fordpartner website and build a car via x-plan. The ford build and price will display invoice for each option you select and then give you the final X-plan price.
My car has been sitting in the destination rail yard since Aug 17th (~18 days). Today my dealer informed me that it is on Quality Hold. We still don't know for what exactly. I'm curious if there is a batch hold since Mooch's car was built roughly the same time as mine and his has been waiting...
To be fair, my car is stuck in the last step before delivery. It's mostly the shipping company's fault at this point. Though I'd think Ford would have something in the contract that requires them to move the cars faster than this.
Since my car has been in the unloading lot waiting to get delivered to the dealer for 12 days, I figured I'd convey a panic educing story. My wife's friend ordered a Ford Transit Passenger Van from a dealer in Denver. Yea like the huge vans that seat like 14 people. Any way, she ordered this...
I'm in the exact same boat. My car has been at the rail yard since August 17th waiting for it to be spotted for transport to the dealer 20 miles away. My dealer says it's not uncommon for them to sit in the unloading lot for a while. It's still quite frustrating though.
Add me to the list of people who's car is sitting in a rail yard waiting for a truck. It's been there 5 days (since Friday, Aug 17) and is only about 25 miles away. I'm secretly hoping that by complaining on here, the universe will deliver the car to me faster.
This looks like the same config as mine. Today is my EDD but the dealer is closed on Sunday. I know the car was a few miles away from the final train destination on Wednesday night. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow.
Mine is due on 8/19ish and my ETA also disappeared. Ford chat said it's one state over in Nebraska. From what I've seen following this thread, it's common for the ETA to disappear close to delivery.
