35% Formula 1 Pinnacle series (nano carbon). Has 50-60% heat reduction. When you roll down the window is when you really notice the difference.

Formula 1 is the stuff. I'll promote the crap out of it. Had it on 4 vehicles now. Oh yeah, also a nationwide lifetime warranty.

Looks good. I was gonna get mine tinted just after I bought it last spring, but just couldn't line up a good time for the tinter and me....

Gonna get it done as soon as it out of storage this spring. 35% looks good on Oxford White.

Looks like your lights are tinted as well?????? How are you finding the light output?

Thanx for posting.

Mine is 35% on sides only, I didn't get the rear window done so I can see out the back at night. [getting old] I've done a few cars this way now and really like it, the sides still seem pretty dark to me...

I live in CA where all tint on the front windows is illegal, if I remember correctly. On my last 3 vehicles (including my 2015 GTPP), over the last 10 years, I've always opted for 5% "Limo" ceramic tint all the way around with a sun strip. In those 10 years I've only ever been pulled over 1 time for tint. As long as it's dark inside the car, I have no issues with visibility at night time. The biggest downside to tint that dark is parallel parking at night time, which I don't have to do very often. I just roll down the windows. The way I see it when it comes to tint: the darker it is, the better.

To me, 35% is the perfect amount. It's not too dark (though in pictures it will appear so), but not too light. It's very easy to see out at night and allows enough light in to keep law off your back if it's an issue where you live. Technically what I am running does not meet the requirement but I have never gotten pulled for it and I have passed 50+ law enforcement vehicles since having it installed. Also had 35% on my WRX and was never bothered with 56k miles on it.

Light output isn't bad. The headlights were probably reduced 10-15%. Just gives them less of a white on the road and more of a yellow. You can purchase just the side markers and leave the HID open. I purchased the Anchor Room kit which is well worth the money. The full kit only cost $56 or so and is precut for every lens on the car. I had my buddy at the vinyl shop install them for me for $45. The tails are very dark but honestly when the running/brake lights are on you couldn't even tell so I don't think it runs risk of reducing light for other drivers.

I have a full tint kit from AM. I bought it last year before getting my car. At the time, I didn't have access to my garage, so I didn't install. I plan on doing it this spring before I get my car back on the road. :D

As well, I had planned on the window tint last summer aw well. Just couldn't line up the time. So same as the AM tint kit, I plan on doing my windows (with 35% ceramic) as soon as spring hits...

I have black 5.0 fender badges coming as well...;)

I think a white car with all black accents/heads/tails/markers is the ultimate look.

Thanx for the info.....

Yes. OW is probably a bit overplayed but it is an aggressive combo with you start blacking things out.

Since I am quite good looking, don't pick my nose while driving and am not ashamed of my interior, I would get the clear tint that has high UV and heat rejection. ;)
