Window Sticker Removal

Does anyone know if the research maniacs link still works.
I'm picking up a new car at the end of June but it has been built since last September but the site states the window sticker is not yet available???

I've just tried chrome, doesn't work, gone back to firefox, now doesn't work either. tried edge (IE), also doesn't work.... fucks sake.
