Car built last week, window sticker states Sync 3

They all show sync 3, but its country specific, we still get sync 2 until the MY17 builds, even then it's not guaranteed yet.

Window sticker will mention that standard features may not apply in export markets. Mine is the same. The ETIS build shows Sync2.

There's a little bit on the window sticker that states 'Standard Equipment list may not apply in export markets'. I doubt yours will have Sync 3, but can only hope for your sake ;)

Sync 3 should be guaranteed for the MY17 cars; i.e. all those built after June - as that is what the Feb price list says....

We should see in a few days whether this becomes standard on US spec cars then; at the moment the base is sync 2 with 3 being an option...

TBH I've got Sync 2 in my new Ranger and I'm pretty impressed with it. I think the aerial is shit as I can rarely get a comprehensive list of DAB stations but after continually searching finally found all the stations I want.

The bluetooth works well with Spotify etc and the voice control was better than expected. There's a few names it can't do in my phonebook but other than that I can't really fault it.

How does Sync 3 improve on Sync 2?
