Well what I've found so far is this...

Operate window down, hold button for 2 secs - nothing happens
Press and hold button down again for 2 secs - nothing happens
Press and hold button down AGAIN for 2 secs - window props another few mm!
Operate window up - window stops a few mm short of closed
Cycle window up and down a few times - window goes back to its original position where it catches the trim when opening.

I must be doing something wrong

Try this.

Operate window down - hold for 2 seconds
operate window up - hold for 2 seconds
operate window down - hold for 2 seconds
Operate window down x5-10 until it drops a few CM
Operate window up - hold for 2 seconds (you'll hear a click).
Turn car off
check door window closes/opens properly

If closed window doesn't sit right, get in car and pull up window again and hold for 2 seconds, close door, lock with key, then shut, should slide back into place.

Works for me as i've (no more than 20mins ago) just done that with mine to test it.

I am only here to praise the guy who did this.

My shop used Forscan to reset my new battery. BMS didn't work so I locked my car and disconnected both terminals. Now my window didn't work and I thought I burnt the fuse.

This trick worked for me.
