It's going to be a royal pita to place and remove a sticker from the inside of the back window every time you leave or arrive home.
If you place it outside you risk it being stolen or blown away if you forget it. That might be difficult to explain how a sticker that should be stuck to the window came up missing.
You also run the risk of a roving security guard seeing you driving without a sticker then magically having one later. Believe me those nosey people notice crap like that. It's kinda what they're paid to do...
I'm sure the sticker is ugly. I'm not sure it's worth aggravating the HOA.
