Guys,

Question, My driver window needs to move back toward the 1/4 window about an 1/8" in order to set in the seal tighter. Anyone remove the door panel and adjust this?

I would love to know the answer to this as well.

My drivers window has been 'off' since new, sealing nowhere near as good as the passenger side.

I can hear it already at 70mph, and by 130mph its like a bloody hurricane.

Been to the dealer twice, they deny the problem exists.....

Probably because they don't want to go to 130 MPH to replicate the issue.

You can hear it at 70mph too.

I've shown them videos at 130-170mph.... They don't deny it exists, but just like every Mustang problem in Europe, they've no clue how to fix it :(

On mine the gap between the1/4 window and the driver window is double the passenger side and the window shakes when I open the door whereas the passenger side is fine. I believe it's from the lack of contact with the seal.

This shouldn't be too hard to fix. Remove door panel/card. Remove moisture barrier. Find the glass clamps. Loosen and slide the glass the way you want it and profit. Unless the s550 has a weird design. I haven't looked at it yet.

Thanks for the input. Not thinking it’s too hard to do, but it would be nice NOT to experiment on my car If you know what I mean.
Also, I know that some of these mechanisms can have various interactive parts which can be a pain to align without 4 hands and a table.

When you loosen the bolts that hold the glass it drops an inch or so. You lose a point of reference for how the glass sat. It is trial and error to get it just right.
