Yes but I believe your front USB hub will need to be disconnected as the Sync only accepts two inputs.

I believe that people recommend OEM parts for the USB hub, particularly the cables.

edit: Not sure if it really matters, though.

I don't think it matters and I believe it's oem from a newer vehicle.

I am totally prepared to be wrong, but that was not made by Ford or one of its suppliers. That's not to say it won't work.

If you want the full kit in one transaction, consider @HextallS550 . They sell the whole kit & kaboodle and do the programming for the drive modes as well. Good pricing too. And it’s all OEM

It might work, but I wouldn't. I just ordered the two cables and hub from a Ford dealer in STL and it was like $120 shipped. The USB hub doesn't have USB-C but it's an OEM part, which that doesn't appear to be.

the hub I used was HU5Z-19A387-C, and the cables were FR3Z-14D202-B and FR3Z-14D202-A.

Good call. Best of luck with the install and forscan. It's not a simple upgrade, but it's also very doable with tons of info available.
