100% of my GT350s see the track. Will be keeping the car for a long time, unless I trade out to a different color.

I can respect that. But Im wondering how many people bought the car to actually run it. Vs people that bought them for collectibility, or investment, or flavor of the month type purchases? I believe most people that buy Gt350 or Camaro 1le or viper acr type cars are more often buying them for the cool factor. Than buying them to use as a track day toy. Im sure this question will offend most GT 350 owners for what ever reason. But there is no wrong reason to purchase any car in my opinion. I wanted it. I bought it. And that’s that! Hell, I have 40 grand invested in a 95 GT that I can’t even drive on the street. I’m not throwing stones at anyone. On how they spend their money.

B. A fully loaded out GT with magneride will now run you around $53K or so and it still isn't faster on a track.. No GT350/R owner is feeling any pressure to upgrade, trust me.
Sources? Have they compare the 2018 gt with magneride on the track against the gt350 non R?

I can't find any reason not to keep my 16 GT for ever, the GT 350 R is a great car enjoy, I am still searching the "wild" for ss-camaro's to run thru the twisty's against or with??

I’d assume the PP2 May post a faster lap time than a regular GT350 because it has Sport Cups on it, and that incremental mechanical grip can overcome the horsepower, braking, and suspension geometry differential versus the GT350. In either case, the better driver is going to be faster.

If you just want to turn really fast lap times for the money, just buy a Vette Grand Sport and throw r-comps on it. Way faster than either a GT350 or 2018 GTPP with a good driver.

You guys don't recognize a coordinated troll attack by a bunch of idiotic "members". This is about as bad as it gets, coming from Mustang "enthusiasts". I vote for a ban on these douche bags.

Sad.

Well this turned into another GT350 circle jerk. It's like there's a detector if any one even mentions used prices not being what they "should" be. It's still a Mustang with probably poorer build quality than a regular ol' Mustang GT.
So you come in here, trolling like you always do and then turn it around on the people who took the bait? Are you my wife? I'm certain you're a wife to someone.

The truth is there are a lot of GT350 owners out there who can't live with the fact that the lowly GT can now best their car in a straight line. The butthurt is going to reach epic levels when a magneride GT or PP2 equipped GT can best the GT350 on a road course. Then watch the used market on GT350's really balloon.

It’s true that the 10 speed auto makes the base GT a little quicker in the 1/4 mile. But the manual version won’t be quicker.

But the rest of your statement is pure fantasy. There is no factual reason why a GT would out perform a GT350.

I have to wonder why the GT/lessor mustang crowd is rooting for the downfall of the best Mustang ever built, the GT350? It can’t be just jealousy, right? Feeling snubbed?

Who cares the gt350 crushes them on looks. The people who need to have the latest and greatest will move on like with any car. I care nothing about straight line performance. If I was shopping today I still wouldn't get a 2018 over the gt350.
