I want both rear and front rotors vented and driiled without the hussle to adapt them to the Brembo kits...

I need bolt on parts, if any available.

Thanks.

Rotorpros here. Love them. Ford OEM blanks and then drilled, slotted, and coated.

Look in my build thread.

Personally, I would just go with slotted. Drilled is only for looks.

I agree with Evo8904, really serves no practicality for brake performance, looks cool though.

Steeda makes slotted front and rear. They do not like the drilled rotors because under severe duty they crack .. Furthermore, the slots relieve the gas built up between the pad and rotor.

I always thought the same but German engineers use the crap out of them on their performance cars. BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche.

It's just marketing. I wouldn't ever track a car with drilled rotors.

That's interesting. I tracked the shit out of my Z06 with zero issues and will the Mustang as well here soon.

Look at Time Attack, F1, Leman cars.

You won't see drilled rotors.

I reccomend slotted of AP J hook design etc
Carbon Ceramic is a little different.

Not here to get into an argument. I have had several cars and tracked them all with drilled rotors. Not one failure and I consider myself a late braker.

You will get better performance with the AP J hook design than any drilled rotor. These remind me a lot of the DBA rotors I used on my STI.

Not necessarily

The kits that come with all of these high end cars are meant as "street" setups. You can track on them but longevity wise it won't be ideal.

Slots aren't found often from the factory because it impacts brake pad life.

That's a reason why AP and Girodisc only offer slotted type rotors because they last long and keep the pads from building up.

Not to derail the thread, but does anyone have any experience with Steeda's rotors? I know they're a vendor on here, but I've had a couple Steeda products before and I wasn't a huge fan. I'm curious about those rotors, though...
