Oil smoke that shows up on warm start and after idling a while is typically valve seals. (or engine braking downhill) But if you don't notice noticeable consumption between changes, it's not enough to even bother fixing.
you can normally also diagnose valve seals or guides looking at vacuum gauge. it vibrates alot at idle, and steadies out as you slowly increase RPMs.

No hills here in FL, but that day after idling at a red light, when I accelerated, there was a lot of smoke coming out from the back
Get up to 100mph and let it come down to around 20mph and hit the gas if she smokes that’s bad. It sounds like you are burning oil. Can you do a leak down test

Looks like oil to me.

Check the oil in the AM after the car has completely cooled and sat for a while.

It doesn't take much oil to make smoke.

Yup could be seals, most noticeable after driving, stopping, shutting down, short periods. & then seen restarting .

if they're a worn enough, at night, flash lite, idle, you can see a haze puffing from the tips.

But if it's @ first start up of the day, not seen after that most likely condensation .

How many miles on the clock?

29,000 miles. Bought it used at 20,000 miles with a clean title, no issues, 1 owner. Which seals do you mean?

in the morning, after sitting all night
I just started her up now after sitting for 3 days and there was no smoke whatsoever, I even let her warm up idling. Vacuum was also steady, no bouncing or anything. Oil level is normal

well, run it a bit, run it hard. maybe it is just some residual oil on something. what all have you done recently to it?

Recently, I installed a N2MB Wot Box. I do spit flames for fun here and there with it, but I do not use the 2 step feature. However, I noticed the smoke way before I installed the wot box, so this could not be the culprit.

In order to spit flames, mixture has to go rich. Maybe what you calling smoke is raw fuel .

could be, but the smoke was there long before I began shooting flames. I will update tomorrow when I test this.
