Can anyone refer me to a list of contents in a Whipple kit, seems most of the venders and Whipple doesn't have a comprehensive list of parts. I realize they all have the drop down boxes to choose added options like bigger injectors, throttle body, dual fans ext, but I talking about all the other parts. Particularly I'm looking at the $7295 dollar kit, does it include things like.

1. Colder plugs.
2. Thermostat 170* or?
3. AIT sensor.
4. Air box.
5. Belt
6. Injectors what size for base kit.
7. Does it have any cover for the Jack shaft aside form the added carbon fiber.
8. Pulley size info

Can't help you with your question but I'd add the throttle body, substantial increase in power.

58lb/hr @ 3bar.
Yes, injected molded plastic, carbon is an upgrade.
3.75" SCP.

As Burnin said, you should opt for the throttle body, its worth 40hp.

Thanks, I'm getting the 132mm TB and 72lb inj. But I'm on the fence about the dual fans. I live Northen Maine summers in the mid 70's low 80's but it's a street car so? Mr Wipple the question I ask myself is without fans how much power am I leaving on the table when I'm trolling around town allowing AIT's to rise, then when I stab it timing is being pulled? Not sure in my temp range up North this is a concern?

General rule of thumb, every 10 degree decrease in air charge temperature is 1% more horsepower.

IATs are almost always a problem at some point or another. My definition of problem is when the CPU lowers your hp to deal with hot IATs. If you don't mind paying for HP that you actually don't have available to you to use then skip the extra fan. If you want all the HP you paid for buy the fan and make sure that you have the latest water pump from the GT500 or even better the Ligenfelter water pump.

Alright thanks for the response, and I agree with no leaving power on the table. But at what point with ambient temps considered and diving conditions will the dual fans really be needed. Also what's wrong with the pump whipple uses with the I/C kit? Does it not flow enough collant.
